A purchasing agent is a middleman, not a shop

A spreadsheet is not an Excel file
In English the word still sounds like a grid of rows and columns. Here «spreadsheet» means a catalogue of product cards with a photo, a brand, a reference price and the link you paste into the agent.

The weight you pay is almost never the scale alone
Many lines bill the greater of scale and volume. A common divisor is L×W×H (cm) / 8000. A down jacket is light and bulky: volume decides.
Example: 40×40×3 cm is 4800 cm³, divided by 8000 is 600 g volume at 200 g real weight. You enter your measurements in the official estimator when you are logged in, destination United Kingdom.
Many products you cannot buy even if they appear
On the official site you will see cards without a price, or a manual form instead of a shop card. That is not a bug of this homepage: the source link is not buyable through the agent, or the price could not be read.
